Our history
Gravity Co, LLC was formed in response to a recurring pattern: capable, well-intentioned organizations making critical decisions too early—or too late—without a clear understanding of readiness, capacity, or risk.
After years of working alongside nonprofits, community organizations, and mission-driven leaders, it became clear that many challenges were not caused by lack of passion or effort—but by the absence of early-stage decision support. Leaders were being pushed toward execution without being given the space or tools to evaluate fit, timing, or sustainability.
Gravity was created to fill that gap.
Founded as a private strategy and advisory firm, Gravity intentionally positioned itself upstream of funding, hiring, and program launch decisions. Rather than offering generic consulting or transactional services, the firm was designed to function as a decision gate—helping organizations pause, assess, and proceed with clarity.
